you don’t need tips just good old common sense articulate your words. do not use yeah or nah. be precise in choosing your words… slang is not cool… speak clearly and never ever have gum or candy in your mouth… remember your manners and remember smile it sounds like you are smiling when you are in fact smiling…

While I don’t have any websites for you, I highly recommend the most respected source for etiquette advice (in book form): author Judith Martin (better known as Miss Manners) has several good books. Two of the ones I have have a chapter specifically for phone etiquette and also business ettiquete. Just search amazon or barnes&noble for her titles. I recommend her "Communication" book. Once you have these books they truly become a reference to consult frequently. I hope this helps.
