UK answerers only please – What is the correct etiquete for wearing a Jumper Dress?

On its own with a pair of boots/tights, or over a pair of trousers/jeans?
Footless tights or skinny jeans and ballet flats. Prob not on its own unless you are under 20 and definitely don’t look tarty.

Depends where you are going and how hot/cold it will be- but almost anything goes these days I would’nt fret too much about it.
