Tapping into the Real Flow of Motivation for Exerc

Most women who start a fitness program have a goal of looking better and losing weight. However, while that is probably one of your goals, its surprisingly not that motivating… what you need is root issues. The things that will really keep you motivated beyond what you thought were possible are things like sex life, your happiness, your stress levels, anxiety, body pains, back pain, and other things you might be dealing with.

If a fitness program like weight training for women is capable of helping you impact these areas of your life, then you will keep going. Thats a more true level of motivation because if youre feeling happier and less stressed out, why would you stop working out. The key to making this happen for you is to journal everything that happens so you can really see what’s been going on… try to at least get your journal going three days a week.
