I had a birthday recently and some people wrote Happy Birthday on my wall. Do I need to reply to every one of them saying ‘thanks’ or is it ok to post a new status update thanking everyone for their birthday wishes.
Just Post a Status that says thanks. I dont think they expect you to thank them all, unless they wrote something real nice.
Question about etiquete for swinging parties?

On NYE I’m having a party. So far we have 13 couples and 4 single women. My gf and I have only been to a few swinger parties in the past, want to set up some ground rules for guests, need some help.
Have some obvious ones like don’t get so drunk you don’t know what your doing, no means no, respect others boundaries, what else?
No sex without a condom and no one gets to screw the others partner unless the partner screws theirs type of thing. Ground rules are good.

Men & ladies share same toilet in our temporary office. I, a black man, forgot to close the door twice while brushing my teeth. Incidentally a lady boss ( a director) opened the door to use it. She felt embarassed about this. She however threatened to fire me from my job because of the incidents.
Is this fair?
No, she totally overreacted. But to be safe I would shut and lock the door from now on! Although I’m pretty sure you could fight that as wrongful dismissal.
