I have been screwed over twice buying parts for my harley online and I have now become much more careful. The first time the part never arrived and the store said they had proof that it did. Turns out they were mistaken but it took me 4 months and 14 phone calls to get my money back. I was reading this Blog by a guy called Alex at Harley Davidson Seats. Where he outlines the advantages and disadvantages, dos and do nots to buying motorcycle parts online. After reading it I feel forewarned and may venture online again the next time something breaks.
